Division of teams + their contents:
In 2008, the 4-team system (AD) will continue to be maintained. Pilots are divided into individual teams according to abilities, skills and results at races. The division into teams is carried out by the head coach in cooperation with the leaders of the individual camps.
A

- financial support as a fixed amount of 13.000 + bonus according to ranking (women coefficient 1,5)
- pilots will participate the least 5 races, from which they are calculated ranking points
- pilots supported by the program list as a sponsor at all races www.laa.cz

B
- there will be training and training camps for the pilots assigned to this team in alpine terrains
- The camps will be focused on improving the piloting technique when flying in thermals and practicing flyovers on predetermined routes. (leaders selected from those registered with an interest in cooperation)

C
- there will be training and training camps for the pilots assigned to this team mainly in Bohemia and some alpine terrains
- the camps will be focused on getting to know flying on different flight terrains
- selected pilots will participate in training in non-standard flight modes
- landing accuracy (see below)
- based on personal growth, the possibility of moving to team B during the year
D
- new pilots (freshly PLA)
- there will be training camps for pilots assigned to this team in the Czech Republic (including weekends)
- the camps will be focused on strengthening basic skills (starting, turning, landing) and knowledge (lectures)
Landing accuracy: They will be ready two to three training camps focusing on landing accuracy training. (leader probably Pavel Štěpán) The training camps will last 2-5 days and will take place in the Czech Republic. Within the camps, the possibility of thermal flying (after noon).
