What must be added to the LAA register in order for the relevant license to be issued or its validity extended:

(All documents for issuing TP it can be sent by email, post or delivered in person at the register of the LAA CR. It is not possible electronically via the administration website!)

 

Issuance of technical license type “P”

mass-produced SFD with an issued "Type Certificate" (ULL, MZK, MPK, ULV, ULH). Valid for 2 years.

The following must be added to the LAA CR register:

  1. SFD registration sheet confirmed by the technical inspector of the LAA ČR*
  2. Output report (confirms that the aircraft complies with the type documentation)
  3. Flight test report
  4. Airplane weighing protocol (outside MPK)
  5. Protocol on the verification of the position of the center of gravity (outside MPK)
  6. Photograph identifying the aircraft
  7. Fee for issuing a technical license*

Issuance of technical certificate type "A" or "Z" (amateur construction)

"A" – amateur construction according to approved type documentation (ULL, MZK, ULV). Validity max. 2 years.
"Z" – amateur construction of prototype aircraft (ULL, MZK, MPK, ULV). Validity max. 1 year.
The following must be added to the LAA CR register:
  1. SFD registration sheet confirmed by the technical inspector of the LAA ČR*
  2. Application for issuance of TP​
  3. SFD review report
  4. Test protocol
  5. Aircraft weighing protocol
  6. Protocol on the verification of the position of the center of gravity
  7. Flight test report
  8. Photograph identifying the aircraft

*Payment of the administrative fee to the LAA CR - it is possible to pay directly at the register in cash, or a copy of the type "C" slip. In the case of payment by transfer, a copy of the payment order is not sufficient, only the record of the received payment in the accounting of LAA is decisive.

Issuance of technical license type "Z" and "A" for the new ZK

  1. "Registration sheet SFD" confirmed by the technical inspector of LAA CR with attachments "flight test report, test report, test report".
  2. Proof of payment of the administrative fee (copy of the "C" type slip or transfer order).

Issuance of technical license type "P" for ZK

Must have our "Type Certificate" or other certification (DHV, SHV, BSHA, ...)


New ZK with certification imported from abroad

  1. "Registration sheet SFD" confirmed by the inspector technician of the LAA CR.
  2. Documents from the manufacturer (invoice - it is also proof of purchase of ZK)
  3. Proof of payment of the administrative fee (copy of the “C” type slip or transfer order).

Older ZK with certification imported from abroad

  1. "Registration sheet SFD" confirmed by the technical inspector of the LAA CR with attachments "examination report, test report, flight test report".
  2. Proof of payment of the administrative fee (copy of the “C” type slip or transfer order).

Issuance of technical license type "P" MPK

serially produced MPK with an issued "Type Certificate".
Valid for 2 years.

The following must be added to the LAA CR register:

  1. MPK registration sheet confirmed by a technical inspector of the LAA ČR,
  2. MPK test protocol,
  3. Flight test protocol,
  4. Purchase contract, invoice in the event that MPK is commissioned by a technical inspector other than the IT manufacturer,
  5. Proof of payment of the administrative fee.

Issuance of technical license "Z" MPK

individually produced MPK.
Valid for 1 year.

The following must be added to the LAA CR register:

  1. MPK registration sheet confirmed by the technical inspector of the LAA ČR,
  2. MPK test protocol,
  3. Flight test protocol,
  4. Statement on the origin of the structure, or purchase contract, invoice,
  5. Proof of payment of the administrative fee.

Extending the validity of the SFD technical license

New request about the extension of the validity of the technical license can also be submitted through the account created by you at administration site, where you can pay directly, either via a QR code by bank transfer, card or by manually entering a bank transfer. The technical license no longer needs to be sent back to the registry when it is extended. After the extension, you will receive a new TP in the mail, and you can also download it to your mobile phone.
For those who do not want or cannot use internet submission requests for TP extension via "ON-LINE" services of LAA CR on the website of the administration, the possibility is left to arrange the documents in person, or to send them by post. This however can no longer be done by email.

Extension of the validity of the technical license ULL, MZK, ULV, ULH

The following must be added to the LAA CR register:

  1. SFD registration sheet confirmed by the relevant technical inspector of the LAA CR
  2. Test report
  3. Test protocol
  4. Proof of payment of the administrative fee (if you are sending the documents by post)

Extension of technical license for ZK

  1. SFD "Registration sheet" confirmed by the technical inspector of the LAA CR with attachments "test report" and "test report".
  2. Proof of payment of the administrative fee (if you are sending the documents by post).

Extension of MPK technical license

  1. MPK registration sheet confirmed by a technical inspector of the LAA ČR,
  2. MPK test protocol,
  3. Protocol on the execution of flight tests in the event of a change of PK,
  4. Proof of payment of the administrative fee (if you are sending the documents by post)

Extension of PK technical license

It is handled by the technical inspector PL LAA ČR.

  1. Current technical license.
  2. Statement of the number of hours flown since the last extension.
