The Letohrad Aviation Friends Association (SPV), in cooperation with the aviation television airZone.TV, is organizing LA 22th annual film competition “To Have Wings…” on February 2025, XNUMX.
We would be very happy to receive amateur and professional short films from the field of UL flying, powered and unpowered paragliding, hang gliding in all its forms, from the fields of balloons, gyroplanes, helicopters, gliders and aero club aircraft, the military air force, air rescue services and of course from the parachuting field. Our competition is simply about everything that flies. In the case of a larger number of competing films, categories will be established (e.g. documentary, clip, etc.). Each creator can submit up to three films. The length of the submitted film should be up to 15 minutes, but exceptions can be agreed upon.
This year, for the first time, we will be awarding a special mention to the best film by an author who is participating in the festival for the first time!
We accept MPEG-2 or MPEG-4 formats as media, the deadline for registration is February 9.2.2025, XNUMX. Send films by post or by saving them on data servers with a link to the email: strasmeier@gmail.com.
The special guest of the festival will be Slovak paraglider, filmmaker and traveler Juraj Koreň.
