(formerly also called Talented Youth) is financed from the NSA grant, which is held by the LAA ČR, professional supervision and the entire administration of the grant is carried out by the Paragliding Association. Within the framework of the program, young pilots learn to fly safely and a new generation of sports pilots is raised from the best ones. The program provides and helps to finance training camps and guidance for young pilots in the early stages of their racing activities.
The Talenti PG program is intended for pilots who will turn 26 years old or younger in the current calendar year. (in 2025 pilots born in 1999 and later)
Pilots are divided into teams in the program according to their current performance (see program rules):
- team A – Junior national team with individual support
- team B – independently active pilots
- team C - actively flying pilots
- team D – novice pilots after the course, beginners and inexperienced pilots, recreational pilots (automatically after registration)

He confirms talent applications for the camp, and any cancellations of the camp must be handled through him. Do not hesitate to contact him at any time.
For sponsors
The young pilots in the Talenti PG program – the vast majority of whom are still studying – do not lack enthusiasm and determination. What they usually lack, however, is financial resources. If you decide to financially support a pilot from the Talenti PG program, then in addition to the promotion that you agree on with the pilot, the Association is ready to place your logo here in the “Talenti PG” section and list you as a sponsor of the program.
