3. Inform Safeguard LAA CR by phone, email or contact form, depending on the urgency.
In order to help you quickly and effectively, please remember, record, pass on and save/hide as much information as possible (it is good to provide it immediately, details can be provided later). The following are important:
- When it happened (date, time, period).
- Where it happened (training, race, during a trip, evening stay with the team, online chat).
- Who was present (witnesses, persons involved).
- What exactly was seen or heard (briefly, possibly a quote).
- Impact on the affected person – name the impact of the situation on the affected person: e.g. fear, worry, shame, ridicule
- Immediate steps – what has already been done to eliminate the threat – who has been contacted/informed
- Backgrounds (if any) – e.g. screenshots, photos, audio recording. Do not distribute them, just attach and store them safely for the solution.
If you suspect unethical behavior by a member of the LAA CR, failure to comply with the LAA CR Code of Ethics, the FAI and LAA CR Sporting Rules, and the relevant control mechanisms, such as a complaint to the Competition Director (in the case of competitions), has not dispelled the suspicion, please contact the LAA CR Safeguard.
