Safeguarding

At LAA ČR, we consider the safety of all members of our community an absolute priority. Whether you are an athlete, instructor, inspector, parent or fan, our goal is to create an environment where everyone feels respected, protected and welcome.

Safeguarding is our commitment to protecting children, young people and vulnerable adults from any form of harm, including abuse, bullying, discrimination and neglect. This initiative is a key part of our efforts to ensure that the pleasure flying environment is not just a sport, but also a place of safety, trust and respect.

• A safe and fair environment for all – athletes, youth and vulnerable adults, instructors, inspectors and other participants
• Safety protection – physical and psychological abuse, mutual respect and esteem, fair play, rejection of discrimination and violence

Why is safeguarding important?

• For athletes: provides an environment where they can develop without fear of threat.
• For family members: It gives assurance that their family members are safe and the organization has procedures in place to protect them.
• For instructors, inspectors and employees: It provides protection and a clear framework for how to act ethically and professionally.
