according to insurance contract no. 1900493826 concluded between LAA ČR and ČSOB Pojišťovna, as
- Only for LAA members - natural persons
- In its basic form, the insurance includes compensation for death as a result of an accident and compensation for permanent consequences as a result of an accident
- In additional form, it is possible to insure compensation for daily compensation in the event of an accident
- Deviating from the General Terms and Conditions of ČSOB Pojišťovna, as, it applies to air sports, air competitions and related activities.
It is divided into two parts:
- Basic: includes insurance for "Death due to accident" and "Permanent effects of accident" with progressive payment
- Additional: possibility of additional insurance "Daily compensation"
Accident insurance options offered and scope of claims:
- Deviating from the General Terms and Conditions of ČSOB Pojišťovna, a.s., it also applies to the insurance of LAA ČR members in air sports and related activities
- If death occurs as a result of an accident, the insurance company will pay the agreed amount in the event of death
- Progressive fulfillment - details can be found on the insurance company's website (www.csobpoj.cz)
- The beginning of the insurance is always at 0.00 a.m. on the day following the payment of the premium! (The date on the deposit slip or on the income document for cash payment is decisive)
The insurance is always valid for a period of one year (365 days). The insurance options listed below can cover either injuries that occur while flying and related activities, or injuries occurring 24 hours a day (including flying and related activities), 365 days a year.

Possibility of daily compensation insurance
• For basic accident insurance, it is possible to arrange daily compensation - necessary treatment of physical damage as a result of an accident - daily compensation with a limit of 29P (ZPP HUP 04/2018. Article 6). If the insured person suffers an injury and the period of necessary treatment for physical damage as a result of the injury lasts at least 29 days, the insurer will pay the agreed amount of daily compensation in accordance with the other provisions of this article, starting from the first day of this treatment. The period for which daily compensation is paid is a maximum of 365 days from the day of the accident.
The following daily compensation can be arranged for individual variants of accident insurance:

Example of the selected variant:
Accident insurance and daily indemnity for 24 hours a day (including air sports) with the following sums insured:
- Death as a result of an accident = CZK 300
- Permanent consequences of an accident = CZK 300
- Daily compensation = 100 CZK
Annual premium = B (24) + DO (24) 100 = 3 + 840 = 6 640 CZK

- By paying the insurance amount by transfer, money order or at the cash desk of LAA ČR (it is necessary to specify the insurance product. When paying by money transfer or money order, state "ÚP + selected option" in the message for the recipient).
The amount is considered paid if it is credited to the LAA account, paid by money order at the post office or paid in cash). The insurance is valid no earlier than the day after the payment of the insurance amount.
