Contracting parties: ČSOB Pojišťovna, a.s., a member of the ČSOB holding and the Light Aircraft Association of the Czech Republic concluded this insurance contract, which is governed by the insurance legislation contained in Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, as amended (hereinafter also referred to as " civil code").

In accordance with Article I of the insurance contract, this insurance is also governed by the General Insurance Terms and Conditions – special part Liability insurance of natural and legal persons VPP ODP 2014 (hereinafter referred to as “VPP ODP 2014”), which are an integral part and annex to this insurance contract.
Scope of insurance:
Business and relationship liability insurance
The insurance is arranged for the case of the liability of the insured for damage caused to another, as determined by law, within the scope of Article II, paragraph 1 of the VPP ODP 2014.
In accordance with Article IX, paragraph 1 of the VPP ODP 2014, it is agreed to amend Article II, paragraph 4 of the VPP ODP 2014 so that the insurance concluded by this insurance contract expressly applies only to liability for damage arising during the operation of winches and unwinders - stationary and mobile devices enabling PK/ZK/ULK to take off with a tow rope, operated by the insured operator (owner, operator, operator) named in the list of insured persons. Exclusions of Article IV paragraph 1 letter e), Article IV paragraph 1 letter j) and Article IV paragraph 1 letter o), are not used for the purposes of this insurance.
Indemnity limit: CZK 1 (for one and all insurance events)
Participation: 5% from the insurance claim, at least CZK 5000 (from each PU)
