The first Czech 346 km FAI in the Alps!

After the recent July "point harvest" of pilots on home soil, there is another phenomenal success of Czech paragliding. On Saturday, August 8, 2026, Hugo Hadaš flew an FAI triangle of 346,71 km in the French Alps (from Col d'Izoard) . This is the longest flight by a Czech paraglider on a closed course to date. It lasted almost ten and a half hours at an average speed of 33,41 km/h.

Hugo is a graduate of the Talented Youth program of the LAA Czech Paragliding Association and flew a Harpy glider from the Czech manufacturer Sky Paragliders.

Congratulations on your great performance!
