On the weekend of June 11-13, the Polish International Precision Landing Championship was held almost on the Ukrainian border. Three Czech pilots – Kamil Konečný, Hugo Hadaš and Lukáš Karlík – went to the competition. The weather was changeable, flying from 5 am to about 10 am and then from 4 pm in the afternoon. The competition was scheduled for 8 rounds and our fighters did very well. Lukáš Karlík held the second place until LA 6th round, but in LA 6th round the judges reported a touch with the seat during his landing and the points collected moved Lukáš to LA 20th place. Finally, after a great 7th and 8th round of all three of our pilots, we take open silver (Hugo Hadaš), 7th and 11th place (Kamil Konečný and Lukáš Karlík), gold and silver in juniors and bronze in teams.
Thank you for the excellent representation!
