1. Facebook profiles of the MPG association
The Board of Directors considered the initiative of P. Vlasatý, in which he criticized the current state of FB profiles. “The Czech Motor Paragliding Association” (private group) does not allow sharing of posts. Moreover, the list of administrators of this group is very limited. We will set up the administration to all current members of the Board of Directors.

No one from the current presidency has full access to the second profile “Svaz Motorového Paraglidingu ČR – oficial” (Facebook page). The presidency will try to gain access to this profile. The Facebook page should better suit the needs of the Association and the possibilities of sharing posts. Based on the examination of the possibilities and the result of the takeover of the Facebook page, we will decide which profile to keep.

2. Condition of pylons, fans, flashlights
The modification of the pylons is currently hampered by the missing blower, which is stuck in Prague. A. Tryml will communicate or arrange for its transfer to Klatovy. At the same time, A. Šinogl will prepare a list of materials needed to create new fans with batteries.

The Board of Directors will confirm the registration of all those interested in organizing the race.

4. Rewards for articles in Pilot magazine
In 2025, the rewards from the editorial staff of Pilot magazine for writing an article were very limited. Finding volunteers to write a decent article thus becomes very difficult. If the board conditions its support on writing an article, it should also ensure a reward for this activity. For this reason, the board of the MPG Association sets the rewards as follows:
– an article about half an A4 page in size – 500 CZK
– article of one or more pages – 1000 CZK
Conditions:
– Only one article per event/race supported by the association will be rewarded.
– The reward will be paid in the form of DoPP in a lump sum at the end of the year.
5. Presentation (festival) MPG
Jaroslav Sura sent an application to organize an event with extended support according to point 3.2 of the rules for financial support of events. The Board agrees with the intention. However, we can only approve the event budget after we know the budget of the Association for 2026. However, the final amount of the subsidy is still unknown.
6. Argentina 2026
The Bureau discussed possible support for the Argentina 2026 event (https://www.xtrmseries.com).
7th Czech Championship
The Presidium discussed the possibility of organizing the Czech Championship in classical disciplines.
