- The Board elected Kamil Konečný as its chairman, and Jiří Hanč was elected as vice-chairman.
- The status of participants (delegates) at the LAA Conference was checked. Substitutions for delegates who could not attend for personal reasons were addressed.
- Honza D. informed the others about the possibility that the current (this year) organizer of the VH and the ČPP Announcement, Jiří Kočař, could already start preparations for this event for next year. The Board unanimously supported this possibility. Honza D. will pass this information on to the organizer and will be in contact with him during the preparations.
- Kamil K. informed the other members about the testing of the PG Association sub-site on the LAA domain, which would be better adapted to the needs of the association.
- There was a discussion about options for better informing new pilot license holders so that they receive the necessary information about the Association, insurance, procedures for ordering services, etc., along with the Pilot License.
- Simultaneously with the publication of these minutes, the official minutes of the General Meeting will also be published on the website of the PG Association.
- Honza D. informed the others about the progress of the safety seminars.
- The issue of terrain managers regarding “hill support” was discussed. Specifically, the possibility of including higher one-time long-term investments in mandatory costs “in the form of depreciation”. Existing and new managers will be contacted to update information before the subsidy is distributed.
