  1. A discussion took place with Pavel Janeček regarding terrain support, information boards at the start, and the possibility of a loan for PG Klub Raná, if needed in the future.
  2. General Assembly 2025 Program – discussion on the draft timetable for publication.
  3. The status of this year's financial statements from individual subsidies and own funds was checked. Responsible persons were contacted regarding items that could already be reimbursed.
  4. Kamil Konečný, as a CIVL delegate, informed other members about sending a formal letter to FAI CIVL following the events at the XC World Championships in Brazil, in which concerns about the functioning of the organization are expressed and with which LAA supports the #CIVLRESIGN initiative
  5. There was further comment on the concept of the financial strategy of the PG Association, which the Board is preparing according to the resolution of the last General Meeting and will be presented at the upcoming General Meeting (or in advance for viewing).
  6. Kamil informed the other members that it had been agreed at the LAA Council, following our request, that the minutes of the meetings would be published. However, no minutes would be created retrospectively.
  7. At the initiative of the PG Association Presidency, the LAA Council discussed the possibility of abolishing paper maps for members, or the possibility of individually creating a map for pilots who would appreciate this option. Today's legislation does not strictly require the use of only paper maps. Kamil informed the Presidency of the opinion of the LAA Council, which is mostly of the opinion that the maps are so beneficial that they should continue to be distributed in the same way among all LAA members. Not all members of the Presidency share the same opinion.
