- Accounting for sports team funds
In connection with the end of the competition season, Vlastimil Kricnar (ACC) and Jan Jareš (XC) prepared a proposal for the distribution of funds for the representatives of the given disciplines. This distribution was discussed and agreed. The proposal will then be submitted to the Presidency and, in the case of XC, to the former Teamleader M. Talavašek for comments. The pilots will then be informed with instructions for reimbursement.
- Discussion over the nomination of Sportsman of the Year
SK briefly discussed the possibility of nominating an Athlete of the Year. However, a nomination from the LAA has not yet been requested.
- Resignation of the ACC Teamleader
Vlastimil K. informed SK about his decision to resign from the position of TL. The ACC season will be administratively brought to an end (probably by VH 15.11.) and then Vlastimil K. will leave his position.
- Preparation of documents for the VH
The preparation of documents for the General Meeting of the PG Association is underway. Jíří H. will create a proposal that will be commented on by other members. The document will then be published on the PG Association website so that it can be viewed by members of the association well in advance of the General Meeting.
