The draw will be made from all pilots who:

They are members of the PG Association

At the time of the draw, they have at least 6 reported flights in the Czech Paragliding Cup for LA 2024/25 season, i.e. from October 1.10.2024, XNUMX until the time of the draw (Attention - only one flight per day is counted, regardless of its length)

1. _{1. General conditions}

   _{1.1. These rules (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”) govern the competition “DO YOU FLY? Win a Quatro bookmark from Sky Paragliders!” (hereinafter referred to as the “Competition”), organized by the PG – LAA ČR Association}

   _{1.2. The competition is not a lottery or other consumer competition, it is not associated with the purchase of goods or the conclusion of a contract, and there is no charge for participation.}

   _{1.3. Participation in the Competition is voluntary.}

   _{1.4. The Organizer reserves the right to change the duration of the Competition or end the Competition early at any time.}

   _{2. Competition organizer}

   _{2.1. The organizer of the Competition is the PG – LAA Czech Republic Association (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer"), with its registered office as per registration.}

   _{2.2. The competition is not sponsored, administered or in any way associated with Facebook or YouTube, which only serve as platforms for announcements and draws.}

   _{3. Time and place of the competition}

   _{3.1. The competition runs from May to November 2025.}

   _{3.2. Information about the Competition will be published on the Organizer's official channels, in particular on the page:https://www.laacr.cz/}

   _{3.3. The draw dates are set as follows:
   – June 15th – Josef Novák won
   – July 15
   – August 15
   – September 30
   – two final draws in November (general meeting of the PG Association and ceremonial announcement of the ČPP).}

   _{4. Contest participant}

   _{4.1. Any natural person who:}

   • _{is a member of the PG Association,}

   • _{has at least 6 registered flights in the Czech Paragliding Cup (ČPP) for LA 2024/2025 season, i.e. from October 1, 10, at the time of the draw, with a maximum of one flight per day being counted.}

   _{4.2. Employees of the Organizer and persons in an employment or similar relationship with the PG Association or Sky Paragliders, as well as persons close to them, are excluded from the Competition.}

   _{4.3. A participant may be excluded if it is found that he/she does not meet the conditions of the Competition or has committed an act contrary to good morals, these Rules or the laws of the Czech Republic.}

   _{5. Competition process and selection of winners}

   _{5.1. The draw takes place online and will be announced via the Organizer's Facebook or YouTube page.}

   _{5.2. One winner of a Quatro reserve parachute will be drawn at each draw date. Two winners will be drawn at the final draw in November.}

   _{5.3. If the winner does not meet the conditions (membership, number of flights), the next winner will be drawn. The draw will be repeated until a valid winner is selected.}

   _{6. Winnings}

   _{6.1. The prize in the Competition is a total of six Quatro reserve parachutes from the manufacturer Sky Paragliders.}

   _{6.2. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, other goods or other services. Prizes are not enforceable in court.}

   _{7. Announcement of winners and presentation of prizes}

   _{7.1. Winners will be contacted by email no later than 3 business days after the draw.}

   _{7.2. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited to the Organizer, who will proceed with a replacement draw.}

   _{7.3. Prizes will be sent by post or delivered in person as agreed.}

   _{8. Personal data and consent}

   _{8.1. The Contest Participant grants the Organizer consent to the processing of their personal data for the purposes of the Contest, including: name, surname, address, e-mail, telephone number.}

   _{8.2. Data processing is governed by the GDPR and Act No. 110/2019 Coll. The Participant has the right to access, rectify, delete and other rights under the Regulation.}

   _{8.3. The data will be stored for 2 years and will not be provided to third parties except for legal obligations.}

   _{8.4. The Participant agrees that his/her name, surname and, if applicable, photograph may be used for the Organizer's marketing and promotional purposes in connection with the Competition.}

   _{9. Final Provisions}

   _{9.1. The Organizer reserves the right to change the Rules or cancel the Competition at any time without compensation.}

   _{9.2. The Organizer is not responsible for technical problems associated with participation in the Competition.}

   _{9.3. The Contest Participant agrees to these Rules by participating in the Contest.}

   _{9.4. Legal relations are governed by the legal system of the Czech Republic.}
