- Concept of financing representation
The chairman of the sports commission (SK), Jiří Hanč, presented the sports commission and team leaders (TL) of the ACC and XC disciplines with a draft concept for financing the national team for 2025.
Subsequently, the TL presented their plans for the upcoming season and submitted proposals for revised budgets, which were optimized with regard to the subsidy received from the NSA. After discussion, the SK and TL members came to a common vision and a unified budget for LA 2025 season.
SK Chairman Jiří Hanč was tasked with defending these interests at the upcoming meeting of the Presidium on March 4, 3.
- XC rules and upcoming CIVL Plenary meeting Budva, Montenegro
Talavašek presented the SK with proposals and comments on the issues to be addressed at the upcoming CIVL Plenary Bureau meeting. These proposals will be presented by Kamil Konečný, who will attend the meeting as a representative of the Czech Republic.
The main topic was promoting strict compliance with existing rules and ensuring the safety of competing pilots.
Talavašek also expressed his disagreement with the newly proposed “Performance Equalizer” rule, which is based on the results of a survey among members of the representative group. Michal Talavašek will continue his discussion with CIVL delegate Kamil Konečný on this topic.
