Minutes from the Skype meeting of the board of the paragliding association on 30/5/2024

Present: Hana Dlasková, Linda Mišková, Kamil Konečný, Vít Šantrůček, David Bzirský, Jan Doležal, Jaromír Mašek

The meeting started at 20:30

  1. Distribution of funds for representation from the NSA subsidy - this year the Paragliding Association received 887 within the framework of the LAA ČR from the subsidy for the support of the 710,00 representation. The Board primarily distributed these funds to support the races of the FAI2024 representation (ME XC, ME ACC, MS Jun, MS ACRO ). The board decided to release from its own resources 1 CZK for the XC representation for preparation (the XC representation already received 100 CZK for the PWC superfinal in March) and 000 CZK for the preparation of the ACC representation. The resources for preparation will be distributed by the team leaders. 
  2. The Board accepted information on the transfer of funds for 2023 2023 Report on the Management of the Union Final

  3. The board received a subsidy to support the Young Talents program - 223 CZK, the team leader sent the revised budget of the Young Talents program to the board. The board approved the proposed financing, but still wants to talk with the team leader of the program about other options. Linda Mišková suggested freeing up 290 CZK from the association's own funds to make it possible to organize the canceled camp in the Czech Republic for the CD team. 
  4. The General Meeting will be held on November 2, 11 from 2024:10 a.m., the AGM will be followed by the announcement of the ČPP
  5. The board has a serious buyer for an old VW car. This is a sale (Vítek Šantrůček)
  6. The board discussed the presentation of the paragliding association on social networks. The presentation of sports is predominant, in the future we will also focus on the programs of the paragliding association (Jan Doležal)
  7. Hanka Dlasková informed the board about the course of the European Championships in XC paragliding and informed the board about the resignation of Petr Kostrhunand from the plant. The board will request a TL report on the course of the race and will resolve the situation in the XC team at a meeting with the national team.
