This Saturday, May 25, 2024, it takes place at the Early MČR in hike & fly. The weather is not quite ideal, but these fighters are used to uncomfortable conditions (some of them).
A total of 34 competitors and 2 women gathered at Rané. However, only Martina Škulavíková will fight for the title of Czech Champion, because Zuzka Vávrová signed up for the shorter route – Sport.
The long route will zig zag to Rana, from Rana to more distant destinations and back several times. In principle, the short route will copy the long route, but the more distant destinations for meeting or meeting will not be so far. For men, the ratio of the Open : sport category is 20 : 13.
We are missing the seasoned Martin Kopecky here this year, on the contrary, there are many HF regulars and also several newcomers who are at their first race.
We will be able to watch 7 seniors and 3 juniors (not a very friendly score for talent).
