1. Nomination Air Sportsman of the Year 2023

SK agreed by a general majority on the following three names nominated for Air Sportsman of the Year 2023

  • Owned by Kricnar – 2nd place in the category of nations of the WC, 4th place of the WC overall, 8th place of PGAWC Kazakhstan, 1st place of the Czech Republic, 1st place of the CR league overall
  • Vlastimil Vachtl – 2nd place in the category of nations of the WC, 9th place of the WC overall, 10th place of the PGAWC Turkey
  • Petr Kostrhun – 1st place German Open, 3rd place PWC Turkey, 8th place PWC Spain, 4th place of the category of nations of the WC

 

2. Championship of the Czech Republic in XC 2024

  • SK received a proposal for organizing MČR in XC from M. Talavašek, but the date coincides with PWC Turkey.
  • TL P. Slívová sent the first 10 pilots of the current XC representation with this information. SK was informed by TL XC that the major part does not mind the collision of the dates of the possible MČR in Austria and the PWC in Turkey and that 2 pilots will probably want to participate in the PWC
  • At the MČR in XC PG, a selection procedure will be announced in the near future, according to the rules of the union. The newly elected sports commission will evaluate the tenders submitted for the selection procedure by 24.11.

 

3. Junior World Championship 2024 Tolmin

  • there was a discussion about how the nominations for the Junior World Championships will take place
  • the newly elected SK will have to expand the current WC/ME nomination rule for XC representation to include the needs of juniors
  • the junior world championship will be taken into account in the application for a subsidy to the NSA

 

4. Organizational problems at the WC ACC Sopot 2023

  • Kricnar informed the Sports Commission from the position of TL ACC about the problems during the allocation of places for the World Cup
  • at the same time, organizational problems were also observed at this year's WC XC in France
  • these problems are not benevolent to the sports commission and will discuss with the FAI delegate (Final) for the Czech Republic, about improving the organization of FAI1 races
