1. Organization of the MČR in XC following the calendar of events for 2024
M.Talavašek approached SK with a request for consultation regarding a possible MČR or another XC race, which he would try to prepare together with the local team on the Alpine terrain. There was discussion regarding the strict timing of this competition and the follow-up to the PWC race in Turkey, which was moved to a date that now overlaps with that race by one day. Michal will further check the possibilities and will inform SK. We thank Michal for his activity in this matter.
The SK examined the possibility of holding the MČR with other organizers in the Alps, so far with a negative result.
2. Preliminary nomination for the WC 2023 in the ACC
Vlasta Kricnar from the position of ACC Teamleader informed the other members about the preliminary nomination for the WC, which will take place on October 20-28.10. in Bulgaria. SK agrees to the nomination without reservation. The final nomination will be drawn up in about 2 weeks.
3. Violation of ČPP rules
This month SK was alerted to two violations of ČPP rules. There was a discussion regarding the solution to this situation. SK has set the next steps before the decision.
Addendum to point No. 3 dated September 3.9:
Based on the pilot's statement and the established facts, SK concluded that it was not a deliberate violation of the space to gain an advantage over the other pilots in the competition. After discovering the violation, the pilot himself immediately withdrew the flight from the competition. However, the pilot was warned about the need to improve pre-flight preparation and the fact that in the next repetition in the next 365 days, in the case of a positively evaluated protest, he will be excluded from the competition.
