Start of the UL competition season in Havlíčková Brod!
On Saturday, April 30, an introductory seminar on sports navigation flying will take place at the airport in Havlíčková Brod. The morning part will be devoted to theoretical preparation and will be divided into two levels - beginners and advanced. Beginners will learn the important basics to be able to fly around the competition track safely and calmly on board. The advanced ones will deal with more demanding matters for better competitive performances, issues of construction and economic tasks, and they can also expect "how to" tips and tricks from experienced representatives. This advanced course is suitable especially, but not only, for those interested in participating in the MČR. In the afternoon, it will be possible to fly one of the practice competition tracks, discuss with colleagues from the national team, or try to meet the conditions for obtaining the Colibri badge. Refreshments and 4 liters of gasoline for the plane will be prepared for the members of the UL Association for the entire duration of the event. Arrivals are possible from Friday afternoon. On Sunday, May 1st, the seminar will be followed by the 5st round of the Petr Tuček Navigation Cup. You can look forward to making use of newly acquired knowledge, or simply refresh skills from previous seasons. Two competition routes will be prepared - simple for the recreational class and more challenging (more fun) for the sports class. A member of the UL Association who flies more than half of the competition route will traditionally receive 1 liters of gasoline in the plane. Refreshments throughout the day will also be provided. The entry fee is CZK 20 per person. The briefing will start at 150:9 a.m.
For both events, it is necessary to register in time on the competition website ppt.laacr.cz!
Registration at seminar please do it no later than Wednesday 27.4. and registration on competition until 13 pm on Saturday 30.4.
