Come propose and discuss with your friends the topics that solve where hang-gliding should go next.
This year's VH will be electoral. Many of the members of the current presidency will no longer be candidates. It will therefore be necessary to find new candidates and to elect a new presidency from them.
If you want to maintain the current direction of hang gliding, or support some new, different direction, your participation is almost mandatory.

Please check whether you are a member of the Union zl. You will find out, for example, after logging in to the website https://sprava.laacr.cz/ If you are not a member of the Polish Union, you will not have the right to vote or other rights arising from membership.
Main program starts at:
10:00 – presentation of members.
10:30 – moderator Petr Čejka will open the VH, welcome.
10:40 – election of two commissions, the mandate and election commission (two members) and the proposal commission (two members).
10:50 – proposal of the VH program, possible vote on supplementing the VH program, approval of the VH program.
11:00 – messages: 1. Aleš Trtil for the administration of LAA ČR, 2. Dan Vyhnalík for technical inspectors, 3. Petr Tuček on the activities of the presidency – introduction, 4. Petr Polách summary of the sports activities of the national team, 5. Lenka Trojanová of the hang-gliding school and promotion, 6. Petr Čejka on the MČR and development in non-national sports activities, 7. Petr Beneš, the technical condition of national team wings and the competitiveness of national team equipment.
12:30 – lunch in the form of refreshments in the lobby of the observatory (lentil salad with walnuts, chicken steak with vegetables, soft drinks).
13:30 – announcement of the winners of the ZL Cup, presentation of prizes.
13:45 - starting the discussion and voting on the proposals resulting from the discussion, the proposal of goals and tasks for the term of office of the new presidency.
14:30 – registration and brief introduction of the candidates for a member of the presidency (max. 5 min/candidate).
15:45 – break for tea/limo/coffee and dessert. 16:00 p.m. – election of members of the board.
16:15 – election of delegates to the LAA CR Conference.
16:30 – adoption of the resolution of the General Assembly and termination of the General Assembly.
Accompanying program: Before, during breaks and after the meeting of the VH, the repacking of reserve parachutes will take place in the dice room of the observatory. Paid for members of the Union. After the VH meeting, we will go to Restaurant Na Biřičce (like last year) for a backroom chat about everything possible.
General recommendations: If you want to contribute to the discussion, don't forget the "three times three minutes" rule. Each individual can comment on one topic a maximum of three times and each comment can last a maximum of three minutes. If you plan to run for a member of the board, prepare a short speech of no more than five minutes about you and your vision for the board. If you have an idea, a comment, be sure to write to us.
