This year's (2018) MCR in hang gliding is approaching faster than a heat storm and with it the need to take some of your time to complete the FAI Sporting License, the so-called "FAI Card". This is confirmation that the pilot has read or otherwise familiarized himself with the internationally recognized FAI rules of the road ("rules of the road") for gliding in general and specifically with the FAI sports rules for hang gliding and paragliding. The MČR in ZL takes place this year as part of the FAI 2 Cup of the Low Tatras (PNT) and every pilot starting in the PNT must prove this with a confirmation of familiarization with the rules of the FAI sports regulations.
You need:
- Print, fill in, sign (electronically) a declaration of familiarization with the FAI sports regulations (in the appendix of this article)
- Pay the LAA ČR (by bank transfer) a 200 CZK administrative fee.
- Write an email to the address hajek@laacr.cz with the text: Hello, I want a Fai card Pep. Zdar Ps.: fee paid, declaration in attachment
