The SK met in full composition together with guests from the presidency Alešem Trtil, Linda Mišková, Vítek Fedra and Robert Kulhánek. The agenda included a debate on the following 3 topics:
- Evaluation of offers to the VŘ for Czech League and MČR races in overflights
- Changes to the ČPP rules
- Recommended GAP and AAT settings for Czech League and MCR races in overflights
Evaluation of offers to the VŘ for Czech League and MČR races in overflights
SK received one offer to organize the Czech Cross-Country Championship from the organizer XContest + Gasper Prevc, Tolmin, July 1 - 7, 2013. SK accepted the offer.
SK received 3 offers to host Czech League competitions from Czech organizers, all of which were accepted. These are the following races:
- Beskydy 22-28 April 2013, organized by the Paragliding Student Club. Academic MČR.
- Wingover Cup Krkonoše, May 13-19, 2013, organized by the Wingover team
- XRace Nomad Cup, a series of weekend races mainly in the Czech Republic and the surrounding area, possibly in the Alps, organized by XContest
SK also received at the last minute an offer for Czech pilots to participate in the Hohe Wand Pokal race of the Austrian league, April 13-14, 2013. The interest of the Czech pilots will be verified, it is possible that this race will be included in the Czech League series.
Changes to the ČPP rules
SK discussed Vítek Fedra's initiative to change the ČPP rules, especially scoring. SK adopted the following rule changes:
- flights from all over the world will be included in the ČPP
- the score will be made up of the pilot's 4 best flights with the following conditions:
- at least 1 year in the Czech Republic zone (within the borders of the Czech Republic)
- at least 2 years in the Central Europe zone (Visegrád 4 countries – CZ, SK, PL, HU, then the territory of AT, DE from the parallel 48.5 north)
- at least 3 years in the Europe zone
- it follows that
- a maximum of 1 year in the score can be from all over the world, outside of Europe
- a maximum of 2 years in the score can be from Europe, outside of Central Europe
- a maximum of 3 years in the score can be from Central Europe, outside the CZ
- every flight whose at least 1 tracklog point is inside the given zone is considered a flight in the given zone (same principle as before)
- coefficients:
- CZ 1.0 – 1.8 – 2.2 (same as now)
- Central Europe 1.0 – 1.8 – 2.2 (newly the same as in CZ)
- Europe 1.0 – 1.2 – 1.4 (same as now)
- world 0.8 – 1.2 – 1.4 (same as in Europe zone, but free flight for 0.8)
- team score:
- 2 years (as before)
- at least 1 year from the Central Europe zone
- it follows that a maximum of 1 year can be from the world or from Europe, outside of Central Europe
- The changes will be applied to the entire year 2013 from the beginning.
Setting up the GAP and AAT scoring system for Czech League and MČR competitions
SK recommends organizers to set:
- nominal distance (min. taska distance for 1000 b discipline) at 50 km
- nominal time (min. task duration for 1000 b discipline) for 2 hours
Different settings are recommended to be consulted with SK in good time before organizing the race.
