We have the possibility to draw a subsidy for the field of sports - you can also draw this support.

Here are the conditions for using the subsidy for sports organization:

Purpose and conditions of use of non-investment subsidies

provided in the field of sports (hereinafter referred to as Purpose) 

Article I

Introductory provisions

1. In the case of approved projects within the framework of sports representation - Program I to II and within general sports activities - Program III and IV in the specific field of sports activities of school youth and university sports, including the field of disabled athletes, the subsidy may be provided up to the amount of the budgeted costs of the project .
2. In the case of programs III and IV and in projects for "Other subsidies", subsidies are provided up to a maximum of 70% of the budgeted costs, with the fact that the own costs will also be reported during the billing (minimum up to 30%), with the exception of disabled athletes, students of school and university sports clubs or unless otherwise determined by the Decision.
3. The project can be co-financed from municipal and regional budgets, from European funds and from other sources. If the project is financed by subsidies from different state sources, the concurrence of these sources may not amount to more than 70% of the project costs.
4. D fathers  may not be used on:
5. a) payment for the acquisition of capital assets (i.e. over CZK 40),
6. b) payment of interest, penalties, deductions and other financial penalties,
7. c) performance to other natural or legal persons,
8. d) payment of leasing of passenger cars and other tangible property,
9. e) payment of travel allowances beyond the scope established by Act No. 262/2006 Coll., Labor Code, as amended,
10. f) payment of hospitality expenses [1][4]) and gifts,
11. g) reimbursement of expenses related to the organization and participation in domestic championship competitions[2][5]), if not directly defined by the announced program and accepted project,
12. h) payment of expenses related to the organization and participation in international competitions, incl. business trips, if the purpose of the program is not directly defined[3][6]), 
13. i) wage costs, including employer contributions and other personal costs of officials, employees and managers of non-state non-profit organizations, unless otherwise stipulated by the Program.
14. j) advertising and promotional activity.

Article II

The expediency of using subsidies in publicly announced programs

"State support for sports"

In Program V – Sports Organization, the subsidy can only be used for:

1. a) sports activity, which is the main activity of civic associations, according to their registered statutes,
2. b) the implementation of sports, organizational and content activities, including the provision of health, methodological, technical and service conditions for the activities of athletes of individual NGOs with nationwide scope
3. c) implementation of sports activities, including the field of disabled athletes up to the amount of budgeted costs or unless otherwise determined by the Decision.
4. d) purposeful definition of state support, which is oriented towards the performance of sports, organizational and content activities with expenses that are demonstrably incurred from January 1 to December 31 of the relevant calendar year.
