1 Membership
1.1 Only a member of the LAA CR can be a member of the Union PG
1.2 A member of the Union PG can also be a member of the LAA ČR, whose membership in the LAA ČR was suspended due to the conclusion of an employment relationship with the LAA ČR. Such a member cannot vote and be elected to the bodies of the Union PG or to supra-union bodies. For the duration of the employment relationship, such a member is exempt from paying the union membership fee
1.3 Membership is created by registering a member of the LAA CR in the Union PG
1.4 Membership ends:
1.4.1 By notifying the member in writing that he is withdrawing from the association
1.4.2 Termination of membership in LAA CR
1.4.3 By not paying the union contribution by 30/4 of the current year
1.5 Rights and obligations of members of the Union PG
1.5.1 Rights:
1.5.1.1 To participate in the general meeting
1.5.1.2 To vote at the general meeting
1.5.1.3 Appear in the discussion
1.5.1.4 To vote and be elected to the bodies of the Union PG and to the bodies of the section or to the bodies of the LAA ČR under the conditions set by the statutes of the LAA ČR (only a member who is not already a member of supra-union bodies for another section can be elected to the bodies of the LAA ČR section or the Union PG or other union)
1.5.1.5 Use the membership benefits secured by the association
1.5.2 Obligations:
1.5.2.1 Pay membership fees in the amount approved by the General Meeting of the PG Association
1.5.2.2 To comply with the statutes of the LAA CR and the organizational rules of the Union PG
1.5.2.3 A member validly elected to multiple positions in the Union PG presidency and the Sports Commission at the same time is obliged to give up the positions so that only one of his choice remains. However, the chairman of the sports commission is also a member of the board
2 Bodies of the Union PG
2.1 General meeting
2.1.1 The General Assembly is the highest body of the Union PG. Only a duly registered member of the Union PG who has paid membership fees for the relevant period may participate in the General Meeting of the Association
2.1.1.1 The General Assembly adopts decisions by a simple majority of the votes of the persons present with the right to vote.
2.1.2 Vote by secret ballot from the proposed candidates and recall:

2.1.2.2 Sports Commission
2.1.3 Accepts:
2.1.3.1 Report on the activities of the Union PG presidency, sports commission and training commission
2.1.3.2 The report on the management of financial resources, which is controlled and responsible for them by the presidency of the Union PG according to point 2.2.8. The management report will be published by the presidency in the LAA media before the general meeting of the Union PG.
2.1.3.3 Union Program
2.1.3.4 Opinions of the Union PG, which are binding for the voting of delegates at the LAA CR conference and in the Executive council
2.1.4 Approves:
2.1.4.1 The amount of the membership union contribution for the next period
2.2 Presidium of the Union PG
2.2.1 It has seven members. 6 members of the board are elected by the General Assembly from the members of the Union PG who agree with the candidacy. In the event of a member's absence from the General Meeting, his written consent is required. The chairman of the sports commission is automatically a member of the board
2.2.2 Manages the Union PG in the period between the general meetings of the union, ensures the implementation of the resolutions of the general meeting of the Union PG and accepts binding opinions of the union for the voting of delegates at the conference of the LAA ČR and in the Council of the LAA ČR, which do not conflict with the resolution of the General Meeting
2.2.3 It elects the chairman of the Union PG and the vice-chairman of the Union PG from the members of the board
2.2.4 Approves individual expenses over CZK 5.000 in accordance with the Union PG budget
2.2.5 Establishes expert commissions for solving professional problems.
2.2.6 Convenes the general assembly of the Union PG once a year, always 14 to 30 days before the LAA conference
2.2.6.1 An extraordinary meeting of the general assembly of the union will be convened by the Union PG presidency at the written proposal of 100 members of the Union PG with the meeting agenda within 8 weeks of delivery. If he does not do so, the president of the LAA ČR will immediately convene a general meeting
2.2.6.2 In sufficient time before the General Assembly, informs the membership about the General Assembly program and the content of all discussed and approved documents (see points 2.2.7 and 2.2.8)
2.2.7 Prepares:
2.2.7.1 Program of the general meeting of the Union PG
2.2.7.2 Report on the activity of the Presidency
2.2.7.3 Proposal for the amount of the membership fee
2.2.7.4 Union program proposal
2.2.8 Controls and is responsible for:
2.2.8.1 Utilization of the budget of the PG association
2.2.8.2 Financial security of representation
2.2.8.3 Management of funds obtained from the state subsidy
2.2.8.4 Management of funds obtained from LAA ČR
2.2.8.5 Management of funds from membership contributions of members of the Union PG
2.2.8.6 Popularization and presentation of paragliding in the magazine Pilot LAA ČR and other media
2.2.9 The chairman of the Union PG and the vice-chairman of the Union PG represent the union in supra-union bodies of the LAA ČR
2.2.10 The president of the union convenes the board of the Union PG
2.2.11 The chairman directs the proceedings of the board of the Union PG
2.2.12 The chairman approves individual expenses up to CZK 5.000, which he will justify at the next meeting of the union's chairmanship
2.2.13 The Board approves or dismisses team leaders based on a selection process
2.2.14 The Board approves the remuneration of the team leaders
2.2.15 The Board approves or dismisses the Head Coach of the Sports Talents program based on a selection process
2.2.16 The Board approves the remuneration of the Head Coach of the Sports Talents program
2.3 Sports commission of the PG association
2.3.1 It consists of five members. She is elected by the general assembly of the Union PG
2.3.2 He elects the chairman from among the members of the sports commission
2.3.3 It is responsible for:
2.3.3.1 Organization of competitions: Czech Cup, Czech League, Czech Championship in free flying and landing accuracy, or other
2.3.3.2 Ranking system and selection of representative teams
2.3.3.3 Registration of representatives for the World Championship and the European Championship
2.3.3.4 Documentation of sporting events and publication of results in the LAA ČR Pilot magazine and on the LAA ČR website
2.3.4 The chairman of the sports commission convenes and directs the meetings of the sports commission
2.4 Team leader
2.4.1 One team leader is appointed for each branch (flyovers, precision, aerobatics).
2.4.1.1 It is possible for one team leader to perform this function for more than one sector
2.4.2 Tasks of the team leader
2.4.2.1 The team leader submits a budget proposal for the participation of the representative at the WC/ME to the Presidency of the Association
2.4.2.2 The team leader is responsible for accounting for representation funds in the given term.
2.4.2.3 The team leader prepares investment and non-investment grants for the national team and presents them to the sports commission and the presidency
2.4.2.4 The team leader is authorized to negotiate with the sponsors of the national team (he is rewarded with a commission for obtaining sponsors)
2.4.2.5 The team leader ensures the promotion and presentation of the results
2.5 Head coach of the Sports talents program
2.5.1 The head coach submits a grant proposal to the board
2.5.2 The head coach prepares a selection process for event organizers and is responsible for accounting for grant funds
2.5.3 The head coach participates in competitions (Leagues, MČR) and ensures the safety of competitors from the Sports Talents program
2.5.4 The head coach is authorized to negotiate with the sponsors of the Sports talents program (he is rewarded with a commission for obtaining sponsors)
2.5.5 The head coach ensures the promotion and presentation of the results
