The board approved support for the media promotion of the Nepal XC event in the amount of CZK 20, subject to compliance with the media plan in the area of print media and television and radio broadcasting. Based on delivered promotion list the board concluded that this was a significant contribution to the positive promotion of paragliding in the media and released the approved amount for reimbursement.
The board approved a reward of CZK 6300 to M. Oros for promoting paragliding in 2009, especially for activities connected with the return of our representatives from the world championship (news shot in Goals, points, seconds on ČT1, reportage in Maxtreme magazine on ČT4 Sport, reportage in Sportzúrnál on Čro1 and a series of reports on Beat radio).
The board of the PG Association, in cooperation with the board of the ZL Association, discussed the rejected price list of starting fees at the Černá hora starting point. In cooperation with the representative of the starting point administrator Miroslav Fejt, an agreement was reached and the following resolution was approved:

1. Cancellation of the weekly pass
2. Increase of all entry fee items by inflation for the duration of the contract.

The ZL and Union PGs recommend to SČL the modification of the operating regulations, the cancellation of the absolute priority of two-seater gliders over others and the introduction of the POSSIBILITY of pre-paying priority at the start for two-seater gliders with a special fee. The amount of these fees is determined by SČL at its own discretion.
The board approved the request of the Louny aviation model club to agree on the dates of the f3f model races at Rana. The races will be held on 17.4. and 1.5. 2010
The board approved new rules for the use of the representative VW transporter created in cooperation with the vehicle manager Karl Vrbenský.
The Board discussed the request for a grant for the media promotion of the Across Himalaya 2009 event on television. According to the media plan, the contribution is to be broadcast in the Sunday program Svět 2010 on TV Prima and the program Objektiv on ČT1. After the broadcasting of these programs, support in the amount of CZK 20 will be paid. Furthermore, the board approved support of CZK 000 for broadcasting an interview about bivouac flying with Jan Škrabálek on the Prima COOL channel. The show runs on Very cool in a loop and will be broadcast more than 10 times.
The Board approved the rule on the maximum amount of funds paid out from the promotion fund per year. The maximum amount of funds paid will not exceed 15% of the total income of the PG Association for the year in which the applications were submitted.
The Board of the PG Association confirmed the evaluation of the selection procedure for the camps of the Sporting Talents program carried out by M. Volný.
Representatives of the presidency of the Union PG in the LAA Council discussed the initiatives of the members of the Union:
Proposal for the accounting of the difference in the price for the FAI license to the treasury of the PG Association. – LAA economist B. Haničáková informed that most FAI licenses are charged for the purchase price (for sports representation) and after deducting the direct costs for the remaining licenses (postage, labor), the amount is around CZK 2000. Union representatives in the LAA Council later stated that it was pointless to try to get this amount into the Union's coffers against the opinion of others.
Request to find out the possibility of legalizing radio transmissions from paragliders in the air band: Currently, transmissions from PK in the air band 117,975 – 137,175 MHz are inconsistent with several provisions of the Electronic Communications Act, and negotiations are underway to resolve these inconsistencies.
