The rules for renting a vehicle have been adjusted based on experience from previous operations. Please familiarize yourself with the new lending method.
Rules for renting a Volkswagen Transporter – Microbus Shuttle.
- The vehicle may only be used for the needs of the national sports team under the conditions further specified in the rental agreement. The application for renting a vehicle is submitted by a member of the state representation - hereinafter referred to as the representative. The vehicle may only be driven by a person who meets all the conditions required by law (including the holder of a valid driver's test certificate of the reference vehicle) who is also a member or employee of the LAA - hereinafter referred to as the driver. The vehicle is taken over from the manager by a representative or driver - hereinafter referred to as the borrower. The borrower must sign the vehicle rental agreement and is fully responsible for the condition of the vehicle as well as any compensation or fee payments.
- Priorities when lending:
- a) Representation at the WC, ME – paragliding – overflights
- b) Representation at the World Championships, ME - paragliding - accuracy of landing
- c) Representation at the WC, ME – paragliding – acrobatics
- d) Races – paragliding – overflights (in case of concurrent applications, the order is determined according to the category of races in the Czech ranking)
- e) Competitions – paragliding – landing accuracy
- f) Races – paragliding – acrobatics
- g) Representation at the WC, ME hang gliding
- h) Representation at MS, ME engine section
- i) Training – paragliding
- j) Hang gliding competitions
- k) Racing engine section
- l) Hang gliding training
- m) Motor section training
Any disputes or ambiguities are resolved by the sports commission of the paragliding association
- In order for the application to be evaluated with regard to the lending priorities mentioned in point 2, the representative must submit the loan application to the commission no later than 30 days before the loan. Applications submitted after the expiration of LA 30-day deadline are evaluated according to the order of submission, without regard to priorities.
The application must include:
- Representative's name and contact information (email + phone)
- Borrower's name and contact information (email + phone), if not the same as the representative.
- Type, place and date of the event
- The exact date of borrowing and returning the vehicle
Only an application with all the details is accepted.
4. The request for borrowing is made through the reservation system. It is publicly accessible via the website http://svazpg.cz/autopujcovna-reprezentacni-auto. If it happens that the reservation system is not functional, a request is submitted by e-mail to the vehicle administrator K. Vrbenský ( vrbensky zavináč utia dot cas dot cz ) with a copy to the address: sk zavinac svazpg tecka cz
5. The applicant is informed in time by the reservation system about the acceptance or rejection of his application.
6. The borrower is obliged to agree with the vehicle administrator the exact date and place of handing over the vehicle, no later than a week before the rental date.
7. The PG association charges the borrower compensation in the amount of CZK 4/km (points 2.g to 2.m) for the operation of the vehicle. In case of use by a representative of the Union PG for the purpose of transport to races (points 2.d to 2.f), the compensation is CZK 2/km. The cost of fuel and other consumables is covered by the borrower himself.
8. The borrower always takes over and returns the vehicle with a full fuel tank.
9. The borrower always returns the vehicle clean. In case of pollution, the administrator charges a cleaning fee of CZK 1000.
10. The borrower always reports damage or breakdowns of the vehicle to the administrator.
11. When returning the vehicle, the administrator will notify the borrower of the amount of compensation and fees owed. The borrower will pay them within 30 days of returning the vehicle. Possible co-payments for insurance premiums in the event of an insurance event, or payments for the removal of damage caused to the vehicle, may be charged additionally.
12. All fees associated with the use of the vehicle are sent to the account of the Aviation Amateur Association.
