The camp is intended for new pilots under 23 years of age, for those who have not yet participated in any camp. The camp in Raná u Louny from June 28th to July 6th, 2008 will allow new participants to become members of one of the pilot teams, where they will be able to benefit from the program for Sports Talents in Paragliding.
Venue: Raná u Loun meeting on June 28th at 9:00 in front of Skleník na Raná
Mandatory equipment: valid pilot's license (written consent of legal guardian for those under 18 years of age)
course content:
Examination of professional theoretical knowledge (meteorology, aerodynamics, flight science, emergency procedures and construction)
Examination of practical skills (preparation for take-off, frontal take-off, cross take-off, selection of a suitable moment for take-off, take-off from a designated place into a limited space, basics of thermal flying)
Material security:
rental sets (wing + seat + helmet) PMR radios, winch, educational films, specialist books, practical aids (ZP model)
accommodations:
the Raná campsite is included in the price (social facilities, refreshments, shop accessible on foot)
transport:
1 minibus from Prague will go to the course venue, the others will have their own transport to the venue.
All other necessary transfers will be provided.

the price does not include:
catering (there is a shop, refreshments and a restaurant on site)
Rental fee for PG sets (must be agreed in advance).
