Dear members of the Paragliding Association,
rather than the austere invitation that you will find in this issue of the Pilot, I would like to invite you to participate in the General Meeting with this letter.
A large part of the paragliding community gathers on various Internet forums where they discuss the JPP (One Lady Told) guaranteed news. Now, however, you are offered the opportunity to listen to guaranteed news directly from the source, i.e. not only from the union, but also from leading representatives of the LAA. I assume that the program will include news from the management of the association, as well as the LAA, upcoming changes to the LAA statutes, news in the division of airspace, developments in the field of extending pilot licenses and many other interesting things.
One part, however, is the opportunity to hear news from the source, but the big advantage is that you can democratically express your opinions and help direct the paragliding association, but also through it the entire LAA according to your ideas.
I dare to go even further in the offer and offer you the possibility of directly influencing the events in such a way that you try to get elected to one of the union's bodies at the General Meeting. I invite everyone who wants to run for a position to express their idea in writing. I will then publish their proposals on the union website www.svazpg.cz , so that the participants of the General Assembly have an idea of their program.
