Key for allocating money for representation

The goal of compiling the Key for the allocation of money for representation is the meaningful use of funds obtained from the subsidy for state sports representation from the Ministry of Education and Culture and from the funds from the contribution for representation from the membership contributions of members of the LAA ČR. The primary task is to ensure the participation of the team of representatives in top sporting events, i.e. at the WC or EC. In no case are representatives rewarded for their achievements - because the part allocated to the Ministry of Education and Culture is a special subsidy to cover costs according to the conditions set by the Ministry of Education and Culture, and it is not possible to pay rewards even in the case of part of the funds obtained from member contributions.

If there are any funds left after the financial provision of the primary tasks of the representation, then it is possible to consider how to dispose of the remaining funds. In 2005, it is about 55 thousand CZK from the MoES subsidy, which can be used either to reimburse the costs associated with participation in the WC (e.g. reimbursement of diets) or preparation for the WC (e.g. participation in competitions) or to purchase equipment for the needs of the representation (equipment, clothing, etc.). This opens up the possibility of using the funds for motivation as well, with differentiated use of these funds by individual representatives. The amount of the draw can be determined according to the success of the given representative in the given season or in several previous years, as is done by the Ministry of Education and Culture.

*) This amount is based on the following requirements and calculations:

• the requirement not to burden rank-and-file members of the union with the costs associated with representation. by car
• the costs are as follows, even if the car is not driven: approx. 60 CZK for "mandatory liability" and "accident insurance", and approx. 20 CZK reserve (e.g. warranty inspections)

**) SK can propose (and the Board of the Union PG approve) the amount to be used either for the representation as a whole (e.g. purchase of clothes, etc.) or differentiated. (For the proposal of determining the amount of these funds, tables 1 and 2 can be used in a simplified form to evaluate sports success issued by the Ministry of Education and Culture.)

Note: In order to include the result in the evaluation of success according to tables 1 and 2, it is a necessary condition to place in the first half of the participants starting in the given discipline, but the worst is 16th place.

***) On May 15.5.2009, XNUMX, the SC approved the following procedure for the distribution of preparation funds among the representatives

• Training money will be allocated to all representatives from the wider national team, on the basis of whose previous achievements the money has been allocated to the LAA (ie regardless of whether they are participating in the EC or WC in the current year), mutually in the same proportion according to which they were from Ministry of Education assigned
• To calculate the ratio, successes at the EC, WC for the last 3 years are counted, the season in which the money comes is not counted
